Depending on how you have set your office up, changing capacities for offices is very simple

How it works

There are three levels of hot-desking solutions within Team Today. This means it can scale from small companies of ten to enterprise customers in the thousands.

Company admins create an office in settings, they then decide how to set the office up for 
desk booking.

Simple: Editing office capacity

If you have a simple office set up and want to just keep track of numbers you can edit the capacity of an office really easily.

1. In Team Today go to settings (management) > "Office management"
2. Tap "Edit Office"
3. Edit the office capacity and "Save changes"

If you have floors set up

You can edit the total number of spaces or desks available on each floor

1. In Team Today go to settings (management) > "Office management"
2. Tap "Edit Office"
3. Edit the floor capacity for each floor and "Save changes"
   

If you have desks set up

To edit the number of desks available and therefore office capacity you need to turn desks on and off.

1. In Team Today go to settings (management) > "Office management"
2. Tap "Edit Office"
3. Tap "Desk names and availability"
4. Turn the desks on and off that you want using the toggle switch
5. Scroll down and tap "Save changes"
   

If you have workspaces set up

To edit the number of spaces available and therefore office capacity you can turn workspaces on and off or simply alter the number available in each workspace

1. In Team Today go to settings (management) > "Office management"
2. Tap "Edit Office"
3. Tap "Area names and availability"
4. Turn the areas on and off that you want using the toggle switch
5. Or change the spaces available in each area
6. Scroll down and tap "Save changes"
