Adding and editing holiday allowances

Holiday allowances give users a holiday balance which is gradually used up during the year when they book any holidays.
Only company admins can edit holiday allowances once it has been enabled in Company settings.

How to quickly add holiday allowances

The holiday allowance view is only available to company admins on desktops

Once Holidays have been enabled then you can assign individuals different allowances in the holiday reports section.

To do this

  1. Log in on the website or MS Teams app.
  2. Go to the Leave Planner tab at the top.
  3. Go to the Reporting Tab within the Leave Planner Tab.
  4. On the right hand side, as a company admin, you should see a button to Edit Holiday Allowance
  5. Once in the Holiday Allowance view you can enter individual allowances for the current and upcoming year.
  6. Once you have made updates be sure to tap the save button that appears at the bottom of the screen.
  7. Year allowances are locked once a year has ended – if these need to be edited please contact support@team-today.com
Be sure to tap save to save any changes or edits made
